Get ready for a picture overload from my second May wedding! It was so hard to narrow down images for this wedding because it was such an amazing day from start to finish!

 The Olmstead was the perfect venue for Daniel and Mallory. They used every bit of space! The center hall with a beautiful statement fireplace and tall ceiling was perfect for their ceremony. One half of the venue was the setting for a delicious dinner with the most incredible floral centerpieces by In Bloom Again. The other half of the venue was for the after-dinner party! The dance floor was packed the entire night thanks to Music in Motion. SO FUN! Guests enjoyed a Photo Booth and the most amazingly beautiful donut wall ever! Mallory’s stepdad made it and it was incredible! All of the doughnuts made by Phlen’s Bakery were gone by the end of the night! Ask me how I know! 😉 The whole day ran smoothly thanks to Ginna at Hummingbird Page Events. 

The Night They Met

During the booking process, I always ask my couples how they met and how long they have been together, so I was familiar with the story of how Daniel and Mallory met. But I was so happy that Daniel’s groomsman, Ryan, told the story about the night their love story began during his toast. Daniel and Mallory met in a line to use the restroom at a bar. They had exchanged a few words and Daniel went back to his friends. He told Ryan that he wanted to get her number but he was to shy to do it so Ryan got Mallory’s number for him!! That night Daniel told him that he was going to marry her someday! And here we are! Isn’t that the SWEETEST???!!!! I love them! 

The Proposal

Daniel and Mallory have the sweetest Golden Retriever named Winston. The night Daniel proposed he tied the ring around Winston’s neck to present it to Mallory, so it was only fitting that Winston made an appearance the day his two humans tied the knot. And of course he was the best pup!
